Refund policy
Due to the nature of our times we do not issue refund after we have drafted a design for your item and we do not accept returns.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request an order cancellation within 24 hours after the initial time the order was placed.
If you ordered an items that is not custom made or personalized please reach out to use to discuss your options for a return or a cancellation. You can contact us by emailing us, please include your order number at: craftshopjp@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
Should we encounter a situation where a refund was approved, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
